Susi was born in Boston and grew up on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, in the town of Harwich. Harwich is known for its three beautiful harbors, Allen Harbor, Wychmere Harbor, and Saquatucket Harbor, with many beaches and cranberry bogs. Following her youth on Cape Cod, Susi moved to St. John (USVI) and Stowe in 1983, on to the Isle of Palms in South Carolina in 1995, and then back to Stowe in 2002. She has been lucky to live in many beautiful places, but her heart will always belong in Vermont.

Susi received her real estate license in South Carolina in 1998 and then in Vermont in 2002. Throughout the years, Susi has continuously been a multimillion-dollar producer. She expertly handles all real estate transactions, from first-time homebuyers, commercial properties, resorts, and second homeowners to investment opportunities and primary residences.

Susi's mind constantly works to match buyers with suitable properties and sellers with the right prospects. You can almost see and hear the wheels turning! Her creativity and incredible work ethic have endeared her to countless international clients from Bermuda, Puerto Rico, Saudi Arabia, and Sweden. She also has built a loyal client base down the coast, as far as Florida, and most importantly, within her local Vermont community.

Having grown up and now raising a family of her own in Vermont, Jaime cherishes the beauty and benefits of life in the Green Mountains.

Knowing that each individual and family is unique, she is focused on the importance of communication and attention to detail, whether it be buying or selling a home. She believes in building a friendly and trusting connection when assisting with such a significant life event. In her free time, Jaime enjoys hiking, biking, skiing, and embracing the outdoors of New England with her family.

Todd grew up on the North Shore of Boston. He holds degrees from Villanova University and Boston University. With a master's degree in city planning, he worked as a land use planner on the South Shore of Massachusetts and then locally in Vermont. Working as the sole permit official in Morrisville for the last 15 years, he is an expert in land development, zoning, town & Vermont permitting needs. Although Todd is new to Tamarack Real Estate, you will not find anyone with more permitting or land development expertise in the Stowe area. If you find yourself wondering what could be built on a property or if land can be subdivided, there is no one better to call than Todd.

Aside from real estate, Todd spends his spare time in Vermont, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, and golfing. Todd and his wife also regularly help transport rescue dogs from the US Virgin Islands, fostering them in their home until the puppies find forever homes in Vermont.

Vermont is a special place, and for Zoé growing up in Stowe has fostered a deep appreciation of Vermont’s natural beauty, independent spirit, and the quality of life that living here provides.

An early career in Vermont-based coffee culture and manufacturing melded a specific blend of big business and artisan thinking, with particular focus on the importance of communication, quality and trust in meeting clients’ goals.

Knowing each transaction and client is unique is key in guiding and navigating the process of buying and selling, and she employs that knowledge to manage details so clients can plan their next adventure.

Zoé believes in the magic of snow, dogs, and a vibrant local community, and is thankful to call Vermont home.

Shelly has over a decade of experience in real estate and property management in Vermont. She began her career providing housing for a large commercial company and later expanded into managing her own vacation rentals, becoming a landlord and developer along the way. Shelly brings hands-on knowledge of property management, development, and local market trends to every transaction — whether helping investors maximize their returns or guiding local homeowners in finding their ideal home.

A lifelong skier and avid mountain biker, Shelly enjoys exploring Vermont’s mountains and lakes with her family. Her passion for creating welcoming spaces extends beyond her properties, reflecting her commitment to excellence in every aspect of her work.

Cassie grew up in Lamoille County and after spending few years on Cape Cod, returned to raise her 3 daughters. She has spent the last 25+ years working in Real Estate related careers including brokerage office management, vacation rentals and property management. Cassie is very

This extensive hands‑on experience has given Cassie a deep understanding of how properties should be marketed, cared for, and positioned to meet the needs of both owners and tenants. Her work in client relations, contract coordination, and day‑to‑day property oversight has strengthened her ability to guide buyers, sellers, and investors with clarity and confidence.

With her local roots, industry knowledge, and commitment to exceptional service, Cassie brings a thoughtful, detail‑oriented approach to real estate — helping clients make informed decisions and feel supported every step of the way.

Robert grew up in Philadelphia. Upon graduating from Mansfield University in 1998, he began his real estate career with Weichert Realtors, where he was involved in rehabilitating units on the Drexel University campus.

Robert’s passion for fly fishing has sent him around the country, living & working as a guide in the mountains of Montana to the beaches of California & Alaska. He spent many of those years working in Lodging and Resort Management for Glacier Park in the summers and Big Mountain in the winters. In 2012, Robert & his family relocated to Vermont where he continued his career in Recreation Management at Sugarbush Resort while getting back into the real estate business. He worked alongside land specialist Anna Whiteside with Valley Associated Real Estate in the Mad River Valley from 2015- 2018, and became a member of the Green Mountain Board of Realtors. Robert has been involved in many aspects of real estate; from working with contractors for speculation builds to historical renovations, habitat for humanity volunteering, and property and resort management.

When he’s not working, you will find Robert boating, hiking & fly fishing, or sharing these experiences regularly through community events and guiding throughout New England.
